Parking Lot never closed. Traffic patterns, flaggers and in-house Cartus security directed and informed over 2000 cars and employees. The 6000-ton parking lot was completed in 7 different sections and was scheduled for 14 working days. Each section was milled on a Friday and paved the following Saturday.
